Ionno & Higbee, Attorneys at Law, LLC, predominantly focuses on representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination, "whistleblower", and civil rights matters, but is truly a full-service law firm whose professionals have the skills and experience to handle a wide variety of legal matters for its clients. The Firm was founded in 2012 and primarily serves clients in the southern New Jersey area. Ionno & Higbee represents individuals who have been the targets of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation or who have had their civil rights violated in any way. The Firm also aims to make every client a client for life by providing each client with personal attention and representation and advice for the problems that most people experience.

The Firm aims to combine the excellence and depth of experience of a larger law firm with the benefits of lower costs and closer attorney-client relationships allowed by a small firm. The Firm was founded in 2012 and is located in Pitman, Gloucester County, New Jersey, from which it serves clients throughout southern New Jersey. The Firm’s primary goal is to provide exceptional and attentive legal services to its clients and the Firm’s professionals have the knowledge and experience to represent their clients well in and out of court. Each client is highly valued and receives personal attention from the Firm’s attorneys and staff. The Firm has no “second tier” clients; every client gets the benefit of the combined talent, expertise, and resources of every member of the Firm. The Firm’s other main goal is to provide its services at a reasonable and fair cost to its clients.
